Am I able to make a claim?

If you have been injured in an accident within the last 3 years that was not your fault you may be able to make a claim for compensation.

I am not sure if my claim is genuine?

Every case is different. Our experienced staff will be able to give you advice on this. If you have no case we will tell you. As the name of our company implies we want to you to be successful in your claim, so we will give you impartial advice to ensure you are making the right decision.

back to questions

How long will the claim take?

This will depend on the circumstances of your claim. A straight forward road traffic accident can be settled within months. Once the Claimsure team has assessed your claim, we will be in a better position to answer this question. However, you can be sure we will not waste any time in processing your claim.

back to questions

Will it really cost me nothing?

You will keep your entire compensation claim AND the costs awarded. We recover costs from the third party and insurance companies. That way you keep everything without paying anything.

back to questions

Will I have to see a solicitor?

No, not if you don't want to. We can visit you at your home or you can drop into the Claimsure advice centre. Alternatively, we can deal with your claim entirely by telephone, post or email.

back to questions

Will I have to attend a medical?

If we feel it is appropriate then yes. We will arrange the medical examination with a LOCAL doctor so you will not have to travel very far to attend. You can include these travel expenses as part of your claim.

back to questions

How much compensation could I expect?

This will depend on the medical evidence, but average compensations range from £2,000 - £10,000. Loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses (eg. travel) are also recoverable.
