Slip, Trip or Falls
If you have been injured slipping or falling at any premises ( eg. a shop, office, school, factory or any public place) the "occupier" of the land is has a duty to ensure your safety and is responsible for accidents if they have been negligent.
For example, if an accident happens from a slip or trip on a pavement because it was wet, defective or obstructed, then you have a right to claim for any injury sustained.
